Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Production Planning (PP) Consultant to provide L2/L3 application support, incident management, configuration, and continuous improvement for SAP PP processes. The consultant will support manufacturing and production planning operations, ensuring reliable system performance, timely issue resolution, and alignment with business and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 support for SAP PP in a production support (AMS) environment.
Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, and production planning issues within agreed SLAs.
Support end-to-end production planning and manufacturing processes.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring issues.




Configure and maintain SAP PP functionalities based on business requirements.
Support change requests, enhancements, testing, and release activities.
Collaborate with business users to understand operational requirements and provide functional solutions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including MM, SD, QM, PM, WM/EWM, and ABAP teams.
Prepare functional specifications and support custom developments.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.
Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, KT documents, and knowledge articles.
Provide support during critical business cycles, go-lives, hypercare periods, and production outages.
