Hiring: Senior Accountant - for a one of the leading manufacturer of industrial automation products

Location: Badarpur, near Faridabad Border
Future Location: IMT Faridabad, if required
Experience: 8–12 Years
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹55,000 per month
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Qualification: B.Com Mandatory
Notice Period: Preferably up to 30 Days
Age: 30–45 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with strong expertise in complete accounting operations, GST, taxation, billing, compliance and MIS reporting, preferably from a manufacturing/trading environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance

- End-to-end handling of books of accounts
- Monthly, quarterly & yearly finalization
- Preparation of Trial Balance, P&L; and Balance Sheet
- GST Returns – GSTR-1, GSTR-3B & reconciliation with 2A/2B
- TDS returns & statutory compliance
- Coordination with auditors and statutory audit handling
- Bank reconciliation & cash flow management
- Debtors & creditors control
- Inventory & stock accounting
- Management MIS reporting

Billing

- Supervision and execution of high-volume billing




- Tax Invoices
- E-Invoices
- E-Way Bills
- Debit/Credit Notes
- Coordination with Sales & Dispatch teams
- Ensuring billing and commercial accuracy

Mandatory Skills

- Strong knowledge of Tally / ERP
- Advanced MS Excel
- VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
- Pivot Tables
- Reconciliation & MIS reporting
- Strong accounting and taxation knowledge

Candidate Profile

✔ 8–12 years of relevant experience
✔ B.Com mandatory
✔ Manufacturing/Trading accounting experience preferred
✔ Ability to independently handle accounts
✔ Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
✔ Secure employment history preferred
✔ Responsible, disciplined & long-term oriented

Reporting

The position will work closely with the Auditor and Director and will be part of a 4-member Accounts Team.
