We are looking for a Patient Counselling Executive to support patients enrolled in our Diabetes & Cardiovascular Care Patient Support Program.
The candidate will be responsible for speaking with patients and caregivers over the phone, explaining the patient-support program, helping patients understand the available program benefits and support services, conducting follow-up calls, and ensuring that patients receive appropriate guidance throughout their program journey.
The role requires strong communication skills, empathy, patience, and the ability to communicate with patients in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.
Key Responsibilities:

- Explain the patient-support program clearly and in straightforward language.
- Buy 3 months of prescribed medicine and receive 1 month of medicine free, wherever applicable under the approved program terms.
- Diet plan / dietary counselling support.
- Pill/order reminders and other approved patient-support services.
- Follow-up and adherence support.
- Explain the process for availing program benefits and answer basic program-related questions.
- Obtain and document patient consent as per the approved process.
