Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Implementation

- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of Oracle EPBCS/PBCS solutions.
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
- Design and implement EPBCS/PBCS applications, including:
- Metadata management
- Data integration and validation
- Forms, business rules, and calculation logic
- Reporting and analytics solutions
- Ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with best practices.
- Strong proficiency in Oracle EPM EPBCS/PBCS, including application configuration, customization, and ongoing maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with Hyperion Planning / EPBCS and data integration
- Proficiency in Groovy scripting.




- Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and management insights using EPBCS/PBCS reporting tools.
- Perform financial and data analysis to deliver actionable insights supporting strategic decision-making.

Stakeholder & Project Management

- Provide end-user support, guidance, and troubleshooting to ensure effective adoption of EPBCS/PBCS solutions.
- Conduct workshops with client on current functionality and new features.
- Manage multiple priorities while ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, business users, and leadership to ensure alignment and smooth execution of project activities.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and risks to ensure successful outcomes.
