- Connect with assigned customers through digital channels and phone calls.

Sales & Portfolio Management
- Achieve assigned sales and portfolio targets.
- Identify customer needs and recommend relevant banking and financial products.
- Cross-sell and up-sell products such as cards, assets, insurance, and other financial products.
- Profile customers to identify suitable sales opportunities.
- Ensure customer eligibility and compliance requirements before offering products.
- Monitor customer account activities and maintain required reports.
- Process customer requests and transactions accurately.
Process & Compliance
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow banking policies, regulatory requirements, and internal guidelines.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates in CRM and reporting systems.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any stream (except B.Tech/BE).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 0–3 years of experience may apply.
- Age between 18 and 30 years.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of banking and financial products.

Language Requirements
- Fluent English is mandatory.
