We are looking for an experienced MicroStrategy Developer with strong expertise in MicroStrategy development, dashboard design, schema objects, metadata, SQL, and data modeling. The ideal candidate should have experience with cloud-based data platforms, particularly Google BigQuery, and be comfortable handling technical responsibilities independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, and Dossiers.
- Build and maintain MicroStrategy schema objects and metadata layers.
- Develop and manage cubes, metrics, attributes, and visualizations.
- Migrate and optimize MicroStrategy environments across traditional and cloud platforms.
- Work with Google BigQuery and cloud-based data environments.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to refine dashboard solutions.
- Support data integration and performance tuning activities.
- Troubleshoot MicroStrategy development and reporting issues.
- Prepare technical documentation related to BI implementations.
- Manage assigned technical tasks independently with minimal supervision.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in MicroStrategy development.
- Strong expertise in MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, and Dossiers.
- Strong knowledge of MicroStrategy schema and metadata development.
- Experience with MicroStrategy cubes, metrics, attributes, and visualizations.
- Experience with Google BigQuery or similar cloud data platforms.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Good understanding of data modeling.
- Experience with MicroStrategy environment migration and optimization.
- Strong troubleshooting and performance-tuning skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Good English communication skills.
Significant Requirements
- Candidate must be an in-house bench resource.
- Candidate should be comfortable working with international teams.
- English fluency is required.
- Selected candidates will undergo a complete BGV process.
