About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Inside Sales Executive / Telecaller with experience in selling digital services. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, pitching services, and converting prospects into clients.

This role is ideal for someone who has excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for sales.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting

- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and social platforms.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain and update lead databases and CRM records.

Sales & Client Acquisition

- Pitch company services to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Client Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele calling, or Business Development.
- Prior experience in selling Digital Marketing or IT Services will be preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation.
- Ability to handle client objections and close deals.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
