We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Electrician Helper to assist electricians and supervisors with electrical installation and site works. The candidate will support the team in carrying out electrical work safely and efficiently at project sites.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist electricians in electrical installation and maintenance works.
- Help with cable laying, pulling, dressing, and handling.
- Assist in installing conduits, cable trays, switches, sockets, lights, DBs, and other electrical items.
- Carry and arrange electrical materials, tools, and equipment at the work site.
- Assist electricians with wiring, connections, and termination works.
- Help with basic electrical testing and troubleshooting under supervision.
- Follow instructions given by electricians, supervisors, and engineers.
- Maintain proper housekeeping at the work area.
- Handle tools and materials carefully.
- Follow all site safety rules and use required PPE.
- Support the electrical team in completing work according to the project schedule.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of electrical work is an advantage.
- ITI/ITC Electrical qualification is not mandatory.
- Freshers and candidates with previous site experience can apply.
- Physically fit and willing to work at construction/project sites.
- Hardworking, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
Ideal Candidate
A hardworking and responsible person who is interested in learning electrical installation and site work. Previous experience as an electrician helper or construction worker will be an advantage.
