Project Execution Head – Roles & Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution:

- Plan, manage, and monitor project execution from start to completion.
- Prepare project schedules, timelines, milestones, and execution plans.
- Ensure projects are completed within the approved time, cost, quality, and scope.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, consultants, and clients.

2. Strategic Leadership & Team Management:

- Provide visionary leadership to diverse teams and foster a collaborative work culture.
- Set performance objectives, monitor KPIs, and drive operational efficiency.
- Resolve challenges proactively while maintaining a positive and growth-driven environment.
- Make strategic decisions regarding project priorities, resource allocation, and risk management, in consultation with relevant stakeholders.

3. Operational Leadership:

- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
- Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and output.
- Implement technology-driven solutions for better project tracking and reporting.

4. Team & Stakeholder Management:

- Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring productive resource allocation.




- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and manage 300 to 500 people of project teams at multiple location.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with government officials to support the company's interests and project objectives.

5. Process Improvement & Quality Control:

- Implement best practices for project management and execution.
- Ensure quality control measures and compliance with industry standards.
- Continuously analyze and optimize workflows for efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate project outcomes to drive operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Engineering, or a relevant field.
- 4+ years of leadership experience in the service sector or other industry, preferably managing government projects.
- Strong understanding of government regulations, project management, and contract administration.
- Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and drive high-impact results.
- Proficiency in project management tools and data-driven decision making.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
