About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Wholesale & SME Credit Auditor to conduct comprehensive audits of credit appraisal, sanction, documentation, monitoring, and compliance processes for Wholesale and SME borrowers. The role requires strong knowledge of credit assessment, RBI guidelines, credit documentation, financial analysis, and post-sanction monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct audits of Wholesale and SME credit portfolios and related processes.
- Review credit appraisal and assessment, including MPBF assessment.
- Evaluate fund-based and non-fund-based credit facilities.
- Review credit sanction processes, limit setup, and adherence to approved terms and conditions.
- Verify loan, security, and mortgage documentation and execution.
- Assess compliance with applicable RBI guidelines and regulatory requirements relating to credit.
- Review post-sanction monitoring and identification of deviations or exceptions.
- Check compliance with credit covenants and sanction conditions.
- Perform detailed financial analysis of Wholesale and SME borrowers.
- Identify gaps, process deviations, control weaknesses,



and potential credit risks.
- Prepare audit observations and clearly document findings with supporting evidence.
- Discuss audit findings with relevant stakeholders and assist in tracking corrective actions.
- Ensure audit assignments are completed within the agreed timelines and quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of relevant experience in Credit Audit, Credit Risk, Credit Appraisal, Wholesale Credit, SME Credit, or related banking functions.
- Strong understanding of Wholesale & SME lending and credit processes.
- Hands-on knowledge of MPBF assessment and financial analysis.
- Good understanding of fund-based and non-fund-based facilities.
- Knowledge of RBI credit-related guidelines and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in reviewing credit documentation, sanction terms, covenants, and post-sanction monitoring.
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
- Ability to independently conduct audits and interact with business/credit stakeholders.
- Valuable communication and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
