WE’RE HIRING | FOUNDER’S OFFICE ASSOCIATE/EXECUTIVE

PROMENA & Ideabaaz is looking for a Founder’s Office Associate/Executive to work closely with the Founder and leadership team.

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai
Type: Full time | Work from Office
Salary: Up to ₹25,000/month

What You'll Work On

You will work directly with the Founder’s Office, gaining hands-on exposure to how a startup is built and scaled.

- Contribute to business strategy and growth planning discussions
- Conduct market research and business analysis to support decision-making
- Support the identification and execution of partnerships and business development opportunities
- Contribute to marketing initiatives and engage with the broader startup ecosystem
- Take ownership of special projects and assignments from the Founder’s Office
- Prepare presentations, proposals, reports, and other business documents
- Research new markets, opportunities, and potential partnerships
- Support the execution of high-priority initiatives and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Manage the Founder’s meetings, schedule, and priorities




- Support day-to-day business operations and ensure the smooth functioning of core processes

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for high-energy, curious, and execution-oriented individuals who want to understand how businesses actually work.

- Fresh graduates or early-career professionals
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent research and analytical abilities
- Good command of PowerPoint (PPT) — this is a must
- Proactive attitude with a “figure-it-out” mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Willing to take ownership rather than simply follow instructions
- Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, technology, media, or business
