Qualification:- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources preferred.



BBA / B.Com / BA or any graduation with an interest in Human Resources is also suitable.

Responsibilities & Duties

Support recruitment, employee coordination, documentation and other Human Resources activities.

- Assist with recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules.
- Maintain employee and recruitment records.
- Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
- Support HR documentation and reporting.
- Assist with employee engagement activities.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of HR processes.
- Positive organizational and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
