Production

Manager

to lead our manufacturing operations and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.

Manage production processes, machine operations, and manufacturing efficiency.

Supervise manpower, shift operations, and optimize workforce productivity.

Ensure product quality, process compliance, and adherence to SOPs.

Control raw material usage, inventory, waste, and production costs.

Coordinate preventive maintenance to minimize machine downtime.

Monitor production KPIs and implement continuous process improvements.

Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Planning teams to ensure smooth operations.

What We Are Looking For

Experience:

5–10 years in plastic, versatile packaging, or compostable products manufacturing.

Education:

Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical, Polymer, Plastics, Production,



or a related Engineeringdiscipline.

Technical Expertise:

Blown Film Extrusion, Bag Making, Production Planning, Process Optimization,and Lean Manufacturing.

Leadership Skills:

Strong team management, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge:

Quality Systems, SOPs, 5S, Safety Standards, Preventive Maintenance, and ContinuousImprovement practices.

Shift:

Willingness to work

Night Shift

and effectively manage production operations duringassigned shifts.

Result-Oriented:

Proven ability to achieve production targets while maintaining quality, productivity,safety, and cost efficiency.
