We are looking for a proactive and accountable Business Analyst who can manage client requirements, create clear product stories, coordinate with Development and QA, and drive delivery from requirement to release.

THE ROLE

You will be the bridge between clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams - ensuring requirements are clear, priorities are aligned, development is unblocked, and committed work is delivered on time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Client Management: Work directly with clients to understand requirements, priorities, feedback, and expectations.
- Requirement Management: Convert business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and expected outcomes.
- JIRA / ADO Management: Create, update, prioritize, and maintain stories, tasks, acceptance criteria, and documentation.
- Delivery Ownership: Own commitments and ETAs; track progress and raise risks or delays early.
- Developer Coordination: Regularly connect with developers, clarify requirements, and remove requirement-related blockers.
- QA Collaboration:



Work with QA to ensure requirements and test scenarios are aligned and features meet expectations.
- Product Validation: Test and validate features before production release and continuously check product functionality.
- Release & Documentation: Ensure user articles / Copilot Aana are updated and released with new features.
- Leadership Updates: Provide timely status updates and proactively communicate changes, risks, blockers, resource constraints, and escalations.
- Priority Alignment: Work with business stakeholders to understand customer priorities and keep the backlog aligned.
- User Article / Copilot Aana Module: Own the User Article / Copilot Aana module and ensure that every new feature or enhancement released to production is accompanied by the required user-facing content on the same day or within a couple of days. Ensure content is accurate, updated, and aligned with the released functionality.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, ADO, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and software delivery.
- Ability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria,



and requirements.
- Strong communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, accountable, and comfortable working independently.
- Hands-on approach to product testing and release validation.

MUST-HAVES

- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong ownership of requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ability to manage clients and technical teams effectively.
- Ability to identify gaps, seek clarification, and resolve blockers quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

AI USAGE

- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar tools for requirements, user stories, documentation, testing, summaries, and day-to-day product work. No coding required.

- Developers always have clear and ready-to-build requirements.
- Client priorities are understood and reflected in the backlog.
- Stories and documentation are maintained accurately.
