About the role

MoneyTree Realty is building a technology-driven real estate ecosystem powered by AI, automation, and data intelligence. We create smart solutions for sales, CRM, lead management, customer engagement, and business operations, with a focus on building scalable PropTech solutions for the future.

What you will do

Laravel website: Add new features and upgrade it whenever the business needs.

Make the site fast on mobile and fix SEO issues such as broken links, redirects, sitemap, page titles, etc.

Build and improve our AI chatbot, AI property search and lead automation.

Connect WhatsApp, CRM and other tools so every lead is captured and followed up.

Keep the site secure and running smoothly on our Linux server.

Build simple dashboards for leads and website performance.

Must have

2+ years of PHP and Laravel on live projects

MySQL, JavaScript, HTML and CSS

Blade with Livewire,



Alpine.js and Tailwind CSS

REST APIs, login and user roles, and third-party integrations

SEO-friendly development and website speed optimisation

Git and deploying to a Linux server

Daily use of AI coding tools such as Claude, Cursor, Copilot or ChatGPT

An absolute learner who picks up new technology fast

Good to have

OpenAI, Gemini or Claude APIs, prompts and RAG

AI chatbot development

WhatsApp Business API and CRM / lead automation

Laravel queues, jobs and webhooks

Google Search Console, Analytics and Tag Manager

Web security basics

Docker, CI/CD, AWS, Node.js or Python

Real estate or PropTech experience
