Job description:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Professional who is specialist in Performance Marketing with 2–4 years of proven experience in driving growth & measurable results through digital campaigns. Candidates with Gulf country experience will be preferred not mandatory.

What You Do:

- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta Ads (lead generation & conversions), YouTube Ads.
- Manage and improve lead generation funnels, ensuring strong performance metrics (CPL, CTR, ROAS).
- Analyze campaign data, prepare performance reports, and implement optimization strategies.
- Design and execute email marketing and outbound campaigns.
- Collaborate with content/design teams to develop impactful marketing assets.
- Enhance brand visibility and strengthen our digital footprint.
- Stay updated with trends in digital marketing, automation, and AI tools.

What You Need:

- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance/growth marketing.
- Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads.
- Strong knowledge of funnel optimization, automation workflows, and AI tools.
- Proficiency in GA4,



email marketing, and content strategy.
- Fluency in English & Tamil.
- Advanced Excel skills for campaign reporting & analysis.
- Highly trainable, detail-oriented, and performance-driven.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
