Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Transport Executive / Assistant Manager – Employee Transportation to manage end-to-end employee transportation operations, ensuring secure, timely, and efficient cab services for employees. The role will involve transport planning, rostering, vendor and driver coordination, client coordination, trip monitoring, escalation management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day employee transportation operations, including pickup/drop services and shift-wise cab deployment.
- Prepare and manage daily employee transport rosters, ensuring accurate employee mapping, route allocation, shift coverage, and timely cab deployment.
- Coordinate with transport vendors and drivers to ensure timely vehicle placement and trip execution.
- Monitor employee trips, routes, vehicle movement, delays, no-shows, and operational exceptions.
- Ensure employee safety, punctuality, vehicle readiness, and adherence to transport SOPs.
- Handle on-ground issues such as vehicle breakdowns, driver absenteeism, route deviations, delays, and employee escalations.
- Coordinate with clients, employees, security teams, and internal stakeholders for smooth transport operations.
- Monitor driver behaviour, attendance, grooming, documentation, and compliance with company/client requirements.
- Ensure compliance with employee transportation safety protocols, statutory requirements,



and client-specific SOPs.
- Prepare and maintain daily transport MIS, trip reports, roster reports, exception reports, and operational dashboards.
- Monitor vendor performance, identify service gaps, and drive corrective actions.
- Support transport planning for new employee routes, shift changes, peak-hour requirements, and additional transportation demand.
- Manage emergency and incident situations and ensure timely escalation and resolution.

What We’re Looking For

- Graduate, preferably in Logistics, Transport, Operations, or Management.
- 2–5 years of experience specifically in Employee Transportation / Employee Transport Services (ETS).
- Strong understanding of employee pickup & drop operations, shift-based transport, rostering, cab routing, trip monitoring, and vendor management.
- Experience handling corporate employee transport operations for large teams or corporate clients.
- Robust communication, coordination, problem-solving, and escalation management skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational and night shifts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment and handle real-time employee transport issues.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
