RK Designs – Interior Designers & Turnkey Contractors is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive – Fresher to join our team at Mira Road East.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial documentation.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills and payment records.
- Handle purchase and sales entries.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
- Assist in GST documentation and filing.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and transaction records.
- Maintain petty cash and expense records.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding payments and invoices.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial records.
- Assist senior management with basic accounting reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry.
Requirements:
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- / / BBA or relevant accounting qualification preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Tally is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST and accounting principles.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
Salary: ₹15,000+ / Month
