We are looking for passionate, customer-focused Store Manager to join our current Zeiss Vision Center in Kalyani Nagar, Pune.

Experience: 3 to 5+ years in optical retail is must.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complete day-to-day store operations

Drive sales and achieve monthly targets

Lead, train and motivate the store team

Ensure excellent customer experience and service standards

Manage inventory, billing, cash and daily MIS

Handle customer queries and escalations professionally

Maintain premium store presentation and grooming standards

Coordinate with management and ensure smooth store functioning

Ideal Candidate:

Strong leadership, communication, sales and team-management skills with a customer-first approach.

Optometrist background will be added advantage.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
