The Stock Taking Staff is responsible for conducting physical inventory verification at pharmacy branches, ensuring stock accuracy by comparing physical stock with system records, identifying discrepancies, and preparing stock audit reports. The role involves verifying medicines, healthcare products, expiry dates, and inventory records to support effective stock control and inventory management across the organization. Candidates should be detail-oriented, accurate, and willing to travel to different branch locations as required.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct physical stock verification of medicines and other pharmacy products.
- Compare physical stock with system stock and identify variances.
- Prepare stock audit reports and submit findings.
- Verify expiry dates, damages, and near-expiry products.
- Ensure accurate inventory records are maintained.
- Travel to branches for stock-taking activities as assigned.
Eligibility
- Any Degree / Diploma (Preferred - Pharm & D Pharm ).
- Freshers can apply.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel preferred).
- Good analytical and counting skills.
- Willingness to travel to pharmacy branches.
