Position: HR Executive

Key Areas: Recruitment | Statutory Compliance | Training & Development

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection activities
- Coordinate manpower requirements and joining formalities
- Handle HR statutory compliances including PF, ESI, Labour Laws & Factory Act
- Maintain statutory registers, records and compliance documentation
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Plan and coordinate employee training & development programs
- Maintain training records, skill matrix and annual training calendar
- Support employee engagement and other HR activities

Qualification

- MBA / MSW – HR / MHRM or equivalent
- 2–5 years of relevant HR experience
- Manufacturing / Factory experience preferred
- Positive knowledge of Tamil Nadu labour laws and statutory compliance
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
