Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated HR Executive – Tech Recruitment to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to IT/Tech hiring, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage recruitment activities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for various IT & Tech positions.
- Use job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels for candidate sourcing.
- Conduct initial screening and assess candidates based on role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support the team in meeting hiring targets and closing open positions.
Requirements
- 6 months of experience in HR/Recruitment, preferably Tech/IT Hiring.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid coordination and follow-up skills.
- Basic understanding of IT/Tech recruitment profiles.
- Willingness to work from office 6 days a week.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.
