Position: Project Manager – PMC

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience

Location: Pala, kerala

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong PMC (Project Management Consultancy) experience to lead and manage construction projects from planning through completion. The candidate should have a strong Civil Engineering background with good working knowledge of MEP and Interior works.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage projects from planning, design coordination, execution, monitoring and completion.

* Manage PMC activities including project planning, scheduling, cost control, quality control and coordination.

* Coordinate with client, consultants, contractors, architects and other stakeholders.

* Review and monitor drawings, specifications, BOQ, work schedules and construction progress.

* Coordinate and monitor Civil, Structural, MEP and Interior works.

* Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and timelines.

* Monitor contractor performance, manpower, materials and site activities.

* Review RA bills, variations, claims and project documentation.

* Identify project risks, delays and technical issues and coordinate corrective actions.

* Conduct regular site inspections,



progress meetings and project review meetings.

* Prepare and review progress reports, MIS reports, schedules and project documentation.

* Ensure compliance with HSE, quality and statutory requirements.

* Support project handover, snag rectification and final completion activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

* Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in PMC / Project Management Consultancy.

* Strong experience in building construction and project management.

* Good working knowledge of MEP services and Interior works.

* Strong understanding of construction planning, scheduling, cost and quality management.

* Experience in coordinating multiple consultants and contractors.

* Valuable knowledge of MS Project / Primavera P6, MS Excel and project reporting.

* Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder-management skills.

* Ability to manage projects independently and work effectively under tight deadlines.

Preferred:

Experience in large-scale commercial, residential, institutional, hospitality or mixed-use building projects will be an added advantage
