What would you do? • Email requests, consolidates the issue, assesses the risk impairment, creates a ticket, and follows up with the Account Engineer or Field Engineer. The Customer Service Analyst also provides floor support to the team and does admin tasks such as, but not limited to, EOD reports, Team Stats, quality reviews, presentation decks,



and uploading volume and quality data to the data warehouse tool • Insurance is a legal agreement between two parties the insurer and the insured also known as insurance coverage or insurance policy The insurer provides financial coverage for the losses of the insured that s he may bear under certain circumstances • A type of application software designed to retrieve, analyze, transform and report data for business intelligence. • The applications generally read data that have been previously stored, often, though not necessarily, in a data warehouse or data mart.

Roles and Responsibilities: • In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines. • Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor. • You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on current assignments. • The decisions that you make would impact your own work. • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work. • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
