Job description:

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Recruitment Process: Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing onboarding activities.
- Liaise with Employers: Develop and maintain relationships with employers to identify job opportunities for candidates and facilitate job placements.
- Organise Placement Activities: Coordinate job fairs, recruitment events, and networking opportunities to connect candidates with potential employers.
- Provide Career Counselling: Assist candidates with resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies, offering personalised career counselling sessions.
- Track Placement Data: Monitor and report on student placement data and employment outcomes, ensuring effective tracking of recruitment metrics.

Educational Qualification:

- Candidates should possess a valid MBA Degree in HR Domain or any other Degree but passionate in Recruiting and placement activities
- Only Experience candidate can Apply

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
