Job Title: Business Development Associate – Admissions & Counseling Core Objective: Drive student enrollments by providing personalized academic guidance and converting inquiries into admissions. Key Responsibilities Student Counseling: Conduct 1-on-1 counseling sessions (phone/video/in-person) to guide prospective students and parents toward the right courses. Lead Conversion: Follow up on prospective leads, resolve parent/student queries, and manage the full admissions workflow from application to enrollment. Outreach & Events: Support webinars, campus visits, and local outreach initiatives to generate qualified leads. Target Achievement: Consistently meet monthly enrollment targets and update student interaction statuses in the CRM. Key Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field. Experience: 0–2 years in EdTech, admissions, or telesales/counseling. Skills: Strong communication, active listening, consultative persuasion, and basic CRM/Excel proficiency.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
