Position: Telecaller & Clinic Backend Support Executive

About the Role
The candidate will be responsible for handling leads generated through advertisements, supporting the clinic coordinator with day-to-day backend activities, and assisting patients with documentation and basic clinic processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming leads from advertisements through calls and WhatsApp, understand patient requirements, provide basic information, and schedule appointments.
- Follow up with prospective patients and maintain proper lead records and follow-ups.
- Sit at the reception area and provide backend support for the smooth functioning of the clinic.
- Assist the Clinic Coordinator with daily administrative and coordination work as required.
- Assist patients in filling registration details, consent forms, medical history forms, etc.
- Coordinate and assist with patient photographs before/after treatments as required.
- Maintain patient records and ensure documentation is complete and properly updated.




- Handle basic billing/accounts-related work and maintain entries in Tally.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and other clinic staff whenever required.
- Assist patients and ensure a smooth and professional experience throughout their clinic visit.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and clinic records.

Requirements:

- Graduate preferred.
- Prior experience in telecalling, front desk, clinic/hospital administration, or customer handling preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Tally.
- Positive follow-up, coordination, and organisational skills.
- Presentable, polite, patient-friendly, and comfortable dealing with clients/patients.
- Experience in a dermatology, cosmetology, aesthetic, or healthcare clinic will be an advantage.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Location: The Skin Art Clinic, Lucknow

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
