We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in various Human Resource functions. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in recruitment and employee management.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Maintain and update employee and recruitment records.
- Assist in onboarding and joining formalities.
- Prepare and manage HR-related documents and reports.
- Support daily HR operations and employee engagement activities.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and joining.
- Assist the HR team in maintaining a positive workplace environment.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.




- Basic knowledge of Recruitment & HR processes.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities effectively.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Eligibility

- Pursuing or completed MBA/PGDM in HR, BBA, B.Com, or any relevant degree.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with internship or recruitment experience will be preferred.
