At AA Energy Foods we make parboiled and steamed rice under the Jimi brand. Rice sells in every kirana, in every town, every day. The job is making sure it's Jimi on that shelf.
Sales Officer: own your beat. Add outlets, build repeat orders, keep distributor stock and collections in shape.
Area Sales Manager: own a territory. Lead a team of Sales Officers, appoint and manage distributors, and answer for volume and collections.
We sell through every channel: general trade, contemporary trade, distributors and HoReCa.
This is a growing regional brand, not a big company with layers. What you do in the market shows up quickly, and you work directly with the people who run the business.
You'll fit if you've sold FMCG or staples in Assam or the Northeast, know the retailers and distributors, and like being in the field. Assamese, Bengali or Hindi helps.
Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹50,000 per month fixed, as per experience and merit.
