Job Title: Senior Agri Advisor Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Agri Sales Advisor who combines strong agronomic knowledge with sales and business-development expertise. The candidate will be responsible for driving online agricultural product sales, developing farmer and dealer relationships, providing technical crop advisory, and expanding the company's customer base.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing sales through digital and online platforms, responding to customer enquiries, generating leads, and converting online prospects into customers.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Promote and sell agricultural inputs, products, and solutions to farmers, dealers, distributors, and institutional customers.
- Identify recent business opportunities and develop new customer and dealer networks.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with farmers, retailers, dealers,



and distributors.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Follow up with leads and customers to maximize sales conversions and repeat business.

Online & Digital Sales:

- Manage and drive sales through online platforms, e-commerce channels, websites, marketplaces, and digital sales channels.
- Handle online customer enquiries, product queries, orders, and follow-ups.
- Generate and manage leads received through online platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
