About the Role

Are you a natural problem solver who loves helping people and enjoys working with computers? We are looking for a enthusiastic Support & Technical Executive to join our team in Dergaon. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for resolving user queries, handling basic technical troubleshooting, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support: Assist clients and callers with queries, providing clear solutions in fluent Hindi and conversational English.

* Technical Assistance: Handle daily computer operations, data entries, and basic system troubleshooting.

* Problem Solving: Identify user issues quickly and route them to the right solutions.

Requirements

Languages:



Fluent Hindi (spoken) and Intermediate English (reading & speaking).

Technical Skills: Intermediate computer knowledge Basic internet/software troubleshooting, email handling

Soft Skills: Clear communication, patience, and a positive attitude.

Eligibility: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates living in or around Dergaon, Golaghat.
