We are looking for an Architectural Draughtsman to join ZuildUp’s residential construction team. The role involves preparing accurate architectural and working drawings for luxury residential projects, from design development through execution.
The candidate will work closely with architects, structural and MEP consultants, and site teams to develop detailed, coordinated and execution-ready drawings. The ideal candidate should have strong AutoCAD skills, a good understanding of architectural detailing and construction, and prior experience working on residential projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as an Architectural Draughtsman.
- Robust experience in residential projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and architectural drafting.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and detailing.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Portfolio submission is mandatory.
