Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience

Qualification:

- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration.

Job description:

- Perform initial patient assessment and triage based on severity of condition
- Provide emergency nursing care including first aid, wound care, and life-saving interventions
- Assist doctors in emergency procedures and resuscitation (CPR, intubation, etc.)
- Administer medications and IV fluids as prescribed
- Monitor vital signs and patient condition continuously
- Prepare and maintain emergency equipment and crash cart readiness
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient records
- Maintain infection control practices and safety protocols
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for patient care and transfer
- Provide emotional support and information to patients and relatives
- Handle medico-legal cases as per hospital policy

· Strong clinical and critical thinking skills

· Ability to work under pressure in quick-paced environments

· Quick decision-making ability

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills

· Knowledge of emergency protocols and equipment
