We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to manage and supervise karigars, ensure timely production, maintain quality standards, control wastage, and achieve daily/monthly production targets. The person will be responsible for coordinating between karigars, supervisors, designers, stores, and management.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
- Allocate work to karigars according to their skills, capacity, and production requirements.
- Supervise karigars and ensure work is completed within defined timelines.
- Monitor production quantity, quality, finishing, and workmanship.
- Track attendance, productivity, efficiency, and output of individual karigars.
- Ensure proper utilization of raw materials and control material wastage.
- Identify production delays, quality issues, and bottlenecks and take corrective action.
- Coordinate with the design, purchase, stores, quality, and dispatch teams.




- Maintain production records, job cards, work orders, and daily production reports.
- Train and guide karigars to improve productivity and quality.
- Ensure machines, tools, equipment, and work areas are properly maintained.
- Manage overtime and manpower requirements based on production workload.
- Resolve day-to-day issues between karigars and production staff.
- Ensure production targets and delivery commitments are achieved.
- Implement processes to improve productivity, reduce rejection, and minimize wastage.
- Prepare regular production reports for management.

Required Skills

- Solid experience in managing karigars/artisans.
- Good leadership and people-management skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
