Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

 Identify and approach prospective customers through calls, meetings, networking, referrals, and digital

channels.

 Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

 Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer challenges and business requirements.

 Present Twin Cool Engineers solutions and explain how they can help businesses improve cash flow,

reduce risk, and strengthen business credibility through cooling solutions.

 Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Relationship Management

 Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

 Ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding.

 Generate referrals and repeat business opportunities from existing clients.

Market Intelligence

 Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.

 Identify emerging market opportunities and customer needs.

 Provide market feedback to management for product and service enhancements.

Reporting & Documentation





 Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals, and sales activities in CRM.

 Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.

 Track sales funnel metrics and conversion ratios.

Required Skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
