Looking for a senior Treasury skilled responsible for leading strategic fundraising initiatives, ensuring optimal visibility of funds and credit limits to support business growth and cash flow management

Key Responsibilities:

- Spearhead growth initiatives through diverse financial instruments viz Term Loan, PTC, CP, NCD while fostering co-lending partnerships

- Cultivate and expand relationships with key financial stakeholders viz Banks, NBFCs, Financial Institutions, Mutual Funds, etc

- Oversee the complete deal lifecycle from origination to closure, ensuring timely negotiation and finalization of terms

- Lead the issuance of Listed Debt Securities & Market Linked Debentures, diversifying the borrowing mix and expanding the lender base

- Facilitate the company’s first impact funding.

- Play a pivotal role in strategic treasury structuring and execution,



driving financial success.

- Strengthening investor and lender relationships, fostering long-term financial partnerships.

- Spearhead structured finance deals

- Manage credit ratings for the group, optimizing financial credibility.

- Oversee Debt management and audit processes

Essentials

- MBA-Finance with at least 12-15 yrs of core Treasury Experience

- Banking/Treasury Certifications

- High Networking in banking circles

- Smart Negotiator with articulate communication

- High on data analytics & interpretation
