Job Description
ASBAE Technologies is hiring a Senior Software Implementation Executive for Vidhayak Connect.
The role involves independently managing software implementation at client locations, including client onboarding, configuration, training, UAT, go-live and post-implementation support. This is a high-travel, client-facing role with significant on-site work.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end implementation at client offices.
- Understand client workflows and configure the platform.
- Handle user setup and data onboarding.
- Train client staff and manage UAT/go-live.
- Coordinate issues with Development,
QA and Support teams.
- Monitor adoption and provide follow-up support.
- Maintain implementation reports and client sign-offs.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in software implementation, SaaS, ERP, CRM or client onboarding.
- Ability to independently manage clients and implementation projects.
- Strong Hindi and skilled English communication.
- Good understanding of web-based software and digital tools.
- Must be comfortable with frequent travel and extended on-site work across Uttar Pradesh.
