Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and strategic finance professional with over 15+ years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will lead the finance function, ensuring financial integrity, regulatory compliance, strong internal controls, effective working capital management, and strategic financial planning to support business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Valuable at data skimming and reporting.

Monthly MIS report and analysis.

Establish operations controls.

Funds Management and deployment.

Capex and Forex accounting.

Cost analysis for projects.

Inventory Control.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)

Manufacturing Costing

Budgeting & Forecasting

Financial Reporting

GST, Income Tax, TDS Compliance

Audit & Regulatory Compliance

Import & Export

Candidate will be working initially under the guidance of Team of Professional(s).

Required Qualifications





B.COM /M.COM or ICWA Inter with following areas of specialization.

Experience

 Minimum over 15 years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounts is must.

 Strong experience in manufacturing costing, budgeting, taxation, compliance,

and financial reporting.

 Experience in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle

Notice Period: Maximum up to 45 days

Industry Requirements : Candidates must have prior experience in the Manufacturing / SPM industry.

Candidates from other industry background will not be considered.

We prefer candidates who are currently residing in or around Bommasandra and are willing to relocate for this position.
