Job Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
- Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance.
- Assist with tax returns, audits, and related documentation.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for financial and compliance-related requirements.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory returns and compliance documents.
- Work on accounting software such as Tally, Excel, and other relevant tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in accounting.
- Mandatory experience working with a CA Firm.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting principles.
- Good knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
