This role will be responsible for Digital experience tool monitoring, maintaining, proactive problem analysis, environmental analysis, and overseeing day-to-day operations including cadence with BAU/Delivery Towers. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in digital experience management and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Perform regular monitoring and administration of the DEX tool to ensure optimal performance of the overall environment.\r\n- Maintain close coordination and cadence with Business-As-Usual (BAU) and Delivery Towers to align digital experience initiatives and facilitate seamless integration.\r\n- Conduct problem analysis to identify and address issues affecting digital experience and user satisfaction.\r\n- Perform environmental analysis to assess the impact of changes or updates on the overall digital experience ecosystem.\r\n- Oversee day-to-day operations related to digital experience management, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.\r\n- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and enhancements that enhance the digital experience for users.\r\n- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital experience and generate reports to track and communicate performance trends.\r\n- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in digital experience management and related technologies.
Skill Requirements
Proven experience in a similar role,
such as Digital Experience Admin or Specialist.\r\n- Strong knowledge of digital experience management principles and best practices.\r\n- Proficiency in administering the Tanim DEX tool or similar digital experience monitoring tools.\r\n- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues affecting digital experience.\r\n- Ability to perform environmental analysis and assess the impact of changes on the overall digital experience ecosystem.\r\n- Experience in overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth workflow.\r\n- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and end-users.\r\n- Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Other Requirement : - Tanium Dex certification(s) (Administration + Content + Application + Troubleshooting) is a plus.\r\n- Experience with other Digital experience too such as Nexthink, Systrack, ControlUp, Aternity etc.
