Role Summary:

Design, implement, and maintain the SQL workflow database that supports workflow

state management, review lifecycle processes, and audit trail tracking. Ensure the

database is secure, scalable, and optimized for performance, while providing reliable

data storage, retrieval, and governance to support business workflows and compliance

requirements.

Key Responsibilities

 Design and develop database schemas to support workflow, session, and

audit data models.

 Implement and maintain database indexing strategies, query optimization,

data retention policies, and backup mechanisms to ensure reliability and

performance.

 Configure and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and secure

database connectivity in alignment with organizational security standards.

 Monitor and optimize database performance to meet defined Service Level

Objectives (SLOs) and ensure responsive user experiences.

 Support application release cycles by planning and executing database

migrations, schema updates, and version control activities.

 Ensure database availability, integrity, and scalability while supporting

evolving business and application requirements.

 Monitor database health, troubleshoot issues, and implement performance

improvements.





 Maintain database security, integrity, availability, and scalability

Required technical Skills

 Strong experience with PostgreSQL and/or Microsoft SQL Server

development.

 Proficiency in SQL query tuning, performance optimization, and indexing

strategies.

 Expertise in database schema design and data modeling for scalable,

high-performance applications.

 Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining stored procedures,

functions, and database scripts.

 Experience in Point-in-Time Recovery (PITR), backup and restore

strategies, and disaster recovery planning.

 Experience implementing and managing Role-Based Access Control

(RBAC) and database security best practices.

 Ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize database performance in

production environments.

Powertrain Domain (Preferred)

 Knowledge of ICE, hybrid, or EV powertrain architecture.

 Familiarity with BMS, motor controllers, torque/energy management basics.

 Exposure to automotive tools such as INCA, CANoe, dSPACE, Vector tools.

Pay: ₹375,731.55 - ₹8,000,000.00 per year
