Job description:

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, provide timely resolutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The candidate should have valuable communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries via calls.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required
- Follow company policies and service standards

Work Schedule:

- Shift Duration: 10.5 hours per day
- Rotational Shifts (including day/night shifts )
- Weekly Offs: 2 rotational week offs

Requirements:

- Graduate
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask
- Customer-focused attitude

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
