Silver Shine is a growing manufacturing and e-commerce company based in Vadodara, Gujarat. We manufacture and sell products such as mosquito nets, baby mosquito nets, foldable mosquito nets, play tent houses, and other home & lifestyle products through major online marketplaces.

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and result-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage our day-to-day online marketplace operations. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, order management, inventory coordination, marketplace performance, promotions, and resolving operational issues.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management

- Manage products on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, FirstCry, Myntra and other e-commerce platforms.
- Create, update and maintain product listings, titles, descriptions, images, keywords and attributes.
- Monitor product visibility, ranking, pricing and availability.
- Identify listing errors and coordinate for their correction.

Order & Inventory Management

- Monitor daily orders and ensure timely processing and dispatch.
- Coordinate with the production, packing and dispatch teams.
- Monitor inventory levels and avoid stock-outs.
- Track cancelled orders, returns, replacements and customer issues.

Sales & Performance

- Monitor daily and monthly sales performance.
- Analyze sales, returns, cancellations and marketplace reports.




- Identify opportunities to improve sales and product performance.
- Prepare regular performance reports for management.

Advertising & Promotions

- Monitor marketplace advertising campaigns and promotional activities.
- Track advertising spend, sales and basic performance metrics.
- Coordinate product promotions and offers.
- Suggest improvements based on marketplace performance.

Marketplace Operations

- Handle seller panel activities and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
- Monitor delivery, serviceability, payment and settlement-related issues.
- Coordinate with marketplace support teams when required.
- Maintain proper records of marketplace communications and complaints.

Data & Reporting

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Maintain records of orders, sales, returns, inventory and settlements.
- Analyze basic data and provide useful observations to management.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Amazon Seller Central / Flipkart Seller Hub / and other marketplace portals.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce sales and marketplace operations.
- Ability to analyze sales and operational data.




- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience: 1–3 years in e-commerce, marketplace management, online sales or a related field.

Freshers with strong Excel knowledge, good communication skills and an interest in e-commerce may also be considered.
