About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Global Perspectives Teacher to join one of our reputed schools in Ballari, Karnataka. The ideal candidate should have experience teaching primary students in a Cambridge school environment and possess a solid understanding of interdisciplinary subjects.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Global Perspectives for primary-grade students.
- Integrate concepts from Social Studies, History, Civics, Geography, and English into classroom learning.
- Develop students' critical thinking, research, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Design age-appropriate activities, projects, discussions, and inquiry-based learning experiences.
- Follow the Cambridge curriculum and teaching methodologies effectively.
- Assess student learning and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Encourage students to explore global issues and develop awareness of different cultures and perspectives.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school activities, events, and academic planning.
- Maintain appropriate academic records and student progress reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond promptly to admission inquiries via phone, email, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding the school's academic programs, facilities, extracurricular activities, and admission process.
- Schedule and conduct campus tours for prospective families, providing a positive and informative experience.
- Organize and participate in admission events, open houses, school presentations, education fairs, and community outreach programs.




- Guide applicants through the complete admission process, ensuring timely submission of all required documents.
- Review applications and supporting documents, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate interviews with prospective students and parents, where applicable.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective families, providing regular follow-ups and application status updates.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and admissions activities in the admissions database/CRM.
- Prepare periodic reports on admissions performance, conversion rates, and enrollment trends.
- Collaborate with the Principal, Head of Admissions, Marketing, Academic, and Finance teams to ensure a smooth admissions process.
- Develop and distribute admission-related materials, including brochures, newsletters, and information packs.
- Utilize social media and digital communication platforms to engage with prospective students and parents.
- Represent the school professionally at external events and maintain a positive brand image.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education, English, Social Sciences, Humanities, or a relevant discipline.
- B.Ed. is preferred/mandatory as per school requirements.
- Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in the primary section.
- Prior experience in a Cambridge school is mandatory/preferred.
- Experience teaching Social Studies, History, Civics, Geography, and English at the primary level.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to use interactive, activity-based, and inquiry-driven teaching methods.
- Willingness to relocate/work in Ballari, Karnataka.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with hands-on experience in Cambridge Primary / Global Perspectives and a strong understanding of interdisciplinary and inquiry-based learning will be preferred.

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
