The assistant HR manager helps run human resources tasks and assists the HR manager with planning, staffing, and employee administration. This role acts as a main contact for staff questions, handles personnel records, and keeps daily office workflows running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Hiring: Write job postings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate onboarding programs for new hires.
- HR Operations & Records: Maintain accurate employee files, update databases, and prepare routine departmental reports.
- Payroll & Attendance: Track daily attendance, process leave requests, and compile inputs for monthly payroll.
- Compliance & Policies: Help enforce company rules and ensure adherence to local labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Employee Relations: Answer staff queries,
help resolve workplace conflicts, and support employee engagement events.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience in human resources or office administration.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of labor laws, proficiency in HR software (HRIS), and valuable communication and organizational skills.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
