- Supervises and coordinates the work of nursing staff in the hospital.
- Ensures proper nursing care and patient safety.
- Prepares duty schedules and assigns nurses to different wards.
- Monitors the attendance, discipline, and performance of nursing staff.
- Maintains adequate nursing staff and ensures proper staffing of wards.
- Ensures proper use and availability of medicines, equipment, and supplies.
- Conducts meetings and provides guidance and training to nurses.
- Maintains nursing records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinates with doctors and other healthcare departments for patient care.
- Ensures that hospital nursing policies, standards, and procedures are followed.
Pay: ₹32,750.00 - ₹48,600.00 per month
