Job Description

PARIDA BRICKS, a fly ash brick and paver block brand based in Mayurbhanj, Odisha, is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to expand our sales network across Mayurbhanj district.

The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing relationships with dealers and construction professionals, promoting our product range, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and convert sales leads across Mayurbhanj district.

Visit and develop relationships with dealers, contractors, builders, engineers and direct house-building customers.

Promote PARIDA BRICKS products including Fly Ash Bricks, Premium White Bricks, Hydraulic Bricks and Paver Blocks.

Identify new dealers, customers and potential markets.

Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Conduct regular field visits and follow up with prospective customers.

Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

Collect market information and competitor insights.

Coordinate with the company for quotations, orders and customer requirements.

Eligibility & Requirements

Graduate preferred.



Candidates with +2 qualification and strong sales/communication skills may also apply.

1–3 years of field sales experience preferred.

Freshers with positive communication skills, confidence and the right attitude may also apply.

Experience in building materials, cement, bricks, tiles, hardware, construction products or similar field sales will be an advantage.

Own two-wheeler is compulsory.

Valid driving licence is compulsory.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Willing to travel extensively throughout Mayurbhanj district.

Local market knowledge will be preferred.
