Captain – Dark Store Operations Designation: Captain Department: Operations Job Responsibilities • Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently. • Ensure timely order processing and dispatch. • Maintain productivity and quality standards during operations. • Ensure inventory accuracy and report stock discrepancies. • Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and hygiene standards. • Support stock replenishment and inventory count activities. • Coordinate with team members and supervisors for smooth operations. • Maintain discipline and operational excellence within the dark store. Eligibility • 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduate. • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. • Ability to work in rotational shifts. • Basic reading and mobile handling skills preferred. Salary Range ■15,000 – ■22,000 per month (depending on experience and location) plus incentives and attendance advantages.
