- Assist in installing solar panels, inverters, and batteries
- Ensure proper wiring and system configuration
- Test the system after installation
- Perform routine checks on solar panels and electrical components
- Clean panels and ensure no shading issues
- Inspect cables, connectors, and mounting structures
- Identify faults in: Inverters, Batteries, Panels, Wiring systems
- Repair or replace faulty components
- Handle breakdown calls from customers
- Track system performance (generation, efficiency)
- Use monitoring software/apps to detect issues
- Prepare performance reports
- Visit client sites (homes, industries, solar plants)
- Explain system issues and solutions
- Provide after-sales service
- Follow electrical safety standards
- Ensure proper earthing and protection systems
Skills Required
- Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering
- Electrical troubleshooting
- Knowledge of solar PV systems and inverters
- Basic networking (for monitoring systems)
- Fieldwork readiness (travel + outdoor work)
- Problem-solving mindset
- Two -wheeler license is a must
