Pharmacist – Job Description

Position: Pharmacist

Job Responsibilities

- Dispense medicines as per prescriptions and company guidelines.
- Verify prescriptions, dosage, and medication details before dispensing.
- Maintain accurate records of medicines, stock, and inventory.
- Monitor expiry dates and ensure proper storage of medicines.
- Handle inward and outward movement of medicines and maintain stock accuracy.
- Assist customers with basic medication-related information as permitted by company policy.
- Coordinate with doctors, healthcare teams, and internal operations teams when required.
- Follow all pharmacy, safety, compliance, and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the pharmacy/store.
- Support stock audits and resolve inventory discrepancies.




- Ensure timely replenishment of medicines and other pharmacy products.

Eligibility

- Qualification: D.Pharm / B.Pharm
- Valid pharmacy registration as applicable.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends, if required.
